Calling all aspiring poets, wordsmiths, lyricists.
Word Up! will be at the Tunbridge Climate & Nature Fair, running a poetry workshop at 10.30, followed by an open-mic from 11.30.
Here's your chance to rhapsodise about your love of the natural world, express your anger, fear, frustration or sadness about how it is being degraded and destroyed. Whatever you like - provided it's respectful and suitable for a family audience!
Running since 2013, Word Up! is all about nurturing creativity, confidence and camaraderie in our community. That chimes with us, and we can't wait to hear the results.
