Please use the form below to apply to have a stall at the Tunbridge Wells Climate and Nature Fair, to be held as part of the Tunbridge Wells Literary Festival, from 10:00 - 17:00 on Sunday the 3rd of May 2026 at Calverley Grounds.

 

  • Food/drink vendors will have the option to have a stall for the 3 days (2nd - 4th of May) that the Fair/Lit Fest is taking over Calverley Grounds.
  • Other appropriate stallholders will have the option to have a stall on Sunday and Monday (Family Day).
  • Any stall set up on site must be manned for the day.

 

Stallholders requesting a 3m x 3m or larger pitch must provide their own gazebo.

 

Applications will be reviewed as they come in, with a final review in April. You are advised to get your application in as early as possible.

 

Priority will be given to applicants with strong green credentials and those who are willing to be sponsors of the Fair. See details about sponsorship here. Priority will also be given to those not requiring electrical power for their pitch. Stallholders will not be permitted to use their own generators.

 

If your application is successful and a fee is required:

  • bank account details to pay your booking deposit will be sent to you by email

  • Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene Registration documents and Personal Licences should be sent to stalls@twcan.org.uk as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before the Fair.

Fees for commercial stallholders:

  • 2m x 1m table - £50
  • 3m x 3m pitch - £100
  • 3m x 6m pitch - £200
  • 6m x 6m pitch - £400

 

Fees for caterers :

  • Sunday only - £50 (TW CAN Fair)
  • Saturday, Sunday & Monday - £100  (TW CAN Fair and Lit Fest)
